Description
• Support inbound vendor deals across regions • Draft, review, negotiate and close commercial agreements • Maintenance of legal agreements and corporate documentation • Help develop and maintain effective contract processes
Requirements
• Qualified to practice law in the UK, US or a European jurisdiction • Working proficiency in English with additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese is a plus • 4+ years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer (with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating commercial transactions) at a prominent law firm, a relevant in-house corporate setting, or both • In-house legal experience is an advantage • Corporate governance and technology contracting experience, including consumer protection and privacy compliance. Experience in Betting and Gaming Law, Responsible Gambling, and AML is a plus • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations, prioritise and execute multiple projects, and solve problems creatively in a fast-paced work setting • Collaborative team player with a good sense of humour
