Description

• Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications. • Use user-centered design methodologies to ensure designs are intuitive, easy to use, and meet user needs. • Create design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design solutions. • Ensure designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual language. • Work closely with developers and engineers to create appealing, user-friendly, and crisp UI assets to implement intuitive user experiences. • Work with stakeholders to conduct user testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback. • Actively participates in discussions and proposes solutions. • Mentor and guide junior designers. • Advocate for the user’s perspective throughout the product development process.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken English. • 6+ years of experience designing user interfaces for mobile applications. • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process. • Proficiency in Figma. • Have the ability to move fast and ship work while maintaining a high standard of quality. • Be a great team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
