• Job Title: Freelance Content Implementation Specialist • Location: Remote (Bulgaria) • Employment Type: Freelance/Contract • Working hours: This is a freelance position with working hours set as needed by the company. Our platform empowers brands like J&J, Deloitte, and Red Hat to create engaging hybrid, virtual, and in-person events with personalized, branded experiences. • Role Overview: As a Freelance Content Implementation Specialist on our Operations team, you will ensure a seamless experience for our customers by accurately and efficiently managing content within our event platform. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be critical to delivering high-quality results. • Key Responsibilities: • Content Management: Process and implement content requests through our ticketing system (Jira) and update content in our apps via the CMS platform: Backstage. • Project Support: Manage project onboarding forms, conduct initial project setup, and handle data processing tasks using tools like Excel and Photoshop. • Quality Assurance: Review and test uploaded content directly on our app to ensure accuracy and quality. • Progress Reporting: Communicate the status and completion of requests to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. • Proficiency in German or French is a plus. • Experience working on projects and handling them in a professional manner (internship or full-time role). • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Basic knowledge of Photoshop is advantageous • High attention to detail and accuracy in execution • Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Willingness to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment. • Takes ownership of work and delivers high-quality results. • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. • Driven to learn, grow, and continuously improve. • Maintains a positive and collaborative approach with colleagues and clients.
