•SPRCHRGR is a professional services consultancy providing highly skilled team members across various disciplines. •The role involves using technical accounting and strategic thinking skills to assist clients in evaluating their business model and future planning. •Senior Controllers advance their careers by streamlining processes and expanding their financial planning and analysis skills. •Responsibilities include ensuring high-level accounting support, overseeing all accounting functions, managing client communication, and providing financial analysis.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance, or related field •15+ years of accounting experience •Strong understanding of US GAAP •Ability to oversee and review corporate accounting functions •Complex financial modeling •Solid understanding of accounting compliance requirements and experience implementing and managing accounting policies •Excel – at a minimum, you must be highly proficient with - Pivot Tables, Data Tables, formulas, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR. VBA macro-writing is a plus •Process and detail-oriented •Desire to learn new technologies/methods •Eager to follow established practices of SPRCHRGR – and help improve them! •Experience in a remote environment is a plus •Clear and concise communication – both written and verbal •An unwavering commitment to confidentiality •A dedicated workspace •Access to reliable and secure, high-speed internet •Embrace Core Values
