🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Engineering Management experience, leading platform engineering teams in high-growth environments. • Proven experience building and scaling core platform services. • Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, CI/CD, DevSecOps) and how they apply to platform engineering. • Hands-on experience with relevant technologies such as Ruby, CockroachDB, Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, and/or AWS • Ability to set technical direction, manage trade-offs, and ensure execution aligns with company objectives. • Experience collaborating across teams, translating complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for leadership, engineers, and stakeholders. • Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent, ensuring both team success and individual growth.
