Requirements

• Degree in mental health research, health economics, or related field. • Track record of peer-reviewed, academic publications (>10). • Fluency in a statistical programming language (R, python). • Strong presentation skills — fluently tell a compelling clinical or business story with data. • Strong written communication skills — quickly compose client-facing communications or publications for peer-review. • Initiative and ability to self-direct projects and solve unconventional problems. • Demonstrated passion for, and understanding of, mental illness and broader U.S. healthcare system (Bonus). • Exceptional statistical competency in multilevel, longitudinal data analysis (you know what an ICC is, you know the differences between MCAR, MAR, and MNAR and how they bias your inferences). • Experience with Github, SQL, parallel/distributed computing, cloud computing, and other data science toolkits (Bonus). • Experience using data visualization techniques to present key findings (Bonus). • Ability to quickly and independently pick up concepts and skills (Bonus). • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, product, engineering, and design teams (Bonus).
