• Our mission: to eliminate every barrier to mental health. • Hiring a Senior Data Analyst in Finance within our Business Intelligence organization. • Work with finance team to develop reporting infrastructure and ensure accurate metrics. • Collaboration with Analytics Engineering and Data Platforms for relevant data integration. • Ensure accurate and consistent reporting of core, company-wide metrics. • Develop dashboards and data visualizations for finance and business teams. • Define and finalize critical business metrics and support data accessibility.

Requirements

• You are passionate about changing the face of mental health care. • You have 5+ years of working experience with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools. • You are an expert in SQL, and have familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools. • You have strong user empathy and can translate issues into solutions that improve operations. • You have experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools. • You focus on impact, delivering the most value for stakeholders. • You have exceptional communication skills and can explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience. • You are humble, highly motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments. • You can proactively manage your own priorities and dependencies. • You have a passion for navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning new approaches.
