Description

• Our mission: to eliminate every barrier to mental health. • At Spring Health, we’re on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare. • The Member Experience Engineering team builds the web and mobile experiences that Spring Health members use to access care. • We are looking for a Senior Director of Engineering to lead teams responsible for member funnel optimization. • The role is full time, reports to the VP of Engineering for Member Experience, is full remote with travel opportunities at least twice per year.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as a second level engineering manager (manager of managers) • At least 5 years of experience with Ruby, Rails, React, TypeScript and/or Flutter • Track record of data fluency and objective measures of impact • Track record of proactive and collaborative leadership style • Track record of strong talent management and organizational health success.
