Description

• Lead and manage the Data Science team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment • Develop and execute the data science strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of predictive models and machine learning algorithms • Partner with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and business units to deliver solutions that delight our customers • Leverage a broad stack of technologies - Python, Conda, AWS, H2O, Spark, and more - to reveal insights hidden within huge volumes of numeric and textual data • Build machine learning models through all phases of development, from design through training, evaluation, validation, and implementation • Translate the complexity of your work into tangible business goals and communicate insights through compelling data visualizations • Define business KPIs and track progress, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle • Provide expert analysis on digital trends, user behavior, consumption patterns, and product performance • Manage digital data infrastructure, maintaining data health and quality • Develop and maintain technical design documents, including system flows, data flows, and component interaction diagrams • Support the development of measurement strategies, including learning agendas, test plans, and measurement frameworks • Meet regularly with key stakeholders to support all digital data needs and challenges • Educate research and other business units on data best practices and data infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred) • 9+ years of experience in data analytics with a Bachelor's Degree, 7+ years with a Master's Degree, or 4+ years with a PhD • At least 4 years of experience with machine learning and relational databases • Proven experience in manipulating data using SQL, Python, and other programming languages • Advanced skills in data collection and visualization tools like Domo, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel • Understanding of media metrics, digital and social analytics, ad technology, and TV ratings • Strong project management skills with experience managing multi-team workflows • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships • Willingness to travel as required
