• Evaluate and improve the quality of online learning experiences across three business lines. • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and subject matter experts. • Ensure content meets quality standards and gather feedback to improve course quality. • Support in analyzing learner engagement data and feedback. • Collaborate on content development and editing tasks as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in course and curriculum development, report writing, quality assurance, instructional design, content operations or data analytics. • Open to working with teams in North American and Middle Eastern time zones. • Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, bug reporting, and testing tools. • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). • Experience using data analytics tools to assess learner engagement. • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles to assess learner experience (good-to-have). • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Blackboard, Canvas (good-to-have). • Knowledge of e-learning standards such as SCORM (good-to-have).
