📋 Description
• Please note: we are currently at capacity for this role. However, we’d still love to connect with you! By applying to this role, you will be added to our waitlist. We will contact you as soon as we need more mentor support in this role. • At Springboard, we’re on a mission to bridge the world’s skills gap, offering transformative online education in data science, UI/UX design, machine learning, and coding. • We are constantly testing new ways to offer a better learning experience to our students, and be better partners to our mentors. • Students can schedule research reviewer video calls through YouCanBookMe (YCBM). • Students will still be paired with a single mentor who will support them through the course. In addition, they will now be able to schedule one-off mentor calls with other mentors when they have completed their research presentation.
🎯 Requirements
• Suggestion (not required) availability for at least 5 hours on average per week • High degree of familiarity with the entire course curriculum • Have empathy for students who are struggling • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including being able to break down complex concepts for beginners • Fill out feedback on the coach dashboard after each ODMC call • Experience working in User Research
