📋 Description

• Manage financial forecasting and modeling processes for strategic planning. • Analyze business drivers and financial performance to identify trends and opportunities. • Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives. • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business strategies. • Assist in developing financial dashboards and insights for leadership decisions. • Monitor KPIs in financial modeling to ensure achievable outputs. • Support consumer lending projects, credit risk assessments, and capital deployment strategies. • Collaborate with teams to ensure integration of operational and strategic finance processes. • Support capital-raising initiatives alongside the CFO and executive leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, consumer lending, investment banking, consulting, or FP&A. • Proven experience developing financial models, forecasts, and data-driven analyses, coupled with a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and lending practices. • Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial and loan management software is a plus. • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced reporting techniques. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to executive leadership. • Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects with competing priorities. • Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across departments. • Experience supporting M&A activity, including due diligence and integration. • Background in high-growth or technology-driven industries. • Familiarity data query tools to analyze large datasets. • Knowledge of lending frameworks, credit risk assessment, and loan portfolio management. • Experience with process improvement initiatives, automation, or implementation of financial systems.
