Description

• Oversee the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness by posting journal entries and conducting reconciliations. • Coordinate and manage the corporate audit, serving as the primary contact and overseeing the project to ensure successful completion. • Provide support in various cash and credit card forecasting activities, analyzing trends and making recommendations to optimize cash flow management. • Develop department-level financials to support the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Proven experience in accounting management roles, demonstrating proficiency in monthly close procedures and financial analysis. • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage audit processes effectively. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; experience with ERP systems preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization. • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. • Flexibility to work 20 hours per week with the potential to increase to full-time hours based on business needs.
