📋 Description

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Operations Associate to join our Marketing team. • Responsible for building and maintaining accounts/contacts database, mining data along with analyzing the data to identify market trends and user behavior, providing insights for marketing and business strategy. • Build and maintain accounts/contacts database to support DemandGen efforts. • Mine account and contact information with market research using tools like LinkedIn SalesNav, Apollo, Lemlist etc. • Identify key stakeholders in accounts and mine their emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn account data. • Build, operate and manage our Martech stack including Zoho, Apollo, Lemlist, MailChimp, Google Analytics, GTM, Zapier etc. • Collect and pull campaign data for Sales, Marketing as and when required. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to set up and execute processes. • Analyze the data to identify market trends, user behavior, and insights for recommendation of marketing and business strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience as a Market Analyst, Marketing Operations Exec or similar role for a minimum of 2 years of total exp in the SaaS industry. • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal). • Familiarity with working in cross-functional environments and distributed/remote team setups. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate an evolving function.
