Description

• Oversee the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure all materials are up-to-date, accessible, organized, and aligned with organizational goals • Develop and implement strategies for effective content categorization, tagging, and retrieval • Work with SMEs across the organization to ensure our role-specific Knowledge Base(s) are up-to-date, organized, and relevant • Be a brand ambassador and ensure assets and communications shared by the Field Enablement team align with the latest Sprinklr brand & messaging standards • Work closely with our Learning & Performance team to oversee our Learning Management System and the onboarding process for new field team members • Create engaging onboarding materials and training plans tailored to various sales roles • Design and develop skills-focused content for global audiences • Develop and maintain a library of high-quality Job Aids, FAQs, and self-serve training modules to support continuous learning and development • Utilize best practices in Instructional Design & Adult Learning Theory to create interactive and impactful learning experiences • Lead content-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in content management, instructional design, or sales enablement • Proven track record of creating effective training materials and managing content systems • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Content Management Systems and e-learning authoring tools • Ability to work cross-collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Creative thinker with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in training and development • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint • Experience in Highspot, Seismic, Allego, HubSpot, Mindtickle or similar is a plus
