Requirements
• Business fluency in Italian and English • Client Management experience in IT, SaaS, CCaaS, Social, or Software • Proven track record of managing multi-geo, multicultural teams • Strong leadership, influencing, negotiation, and mediation skills • Familiarity with software development life cycles, web technologies, and Agile methodologies • Certification in Project Management (e.g., Prince2, PMP, SCRUM) highly desirable
