Requirements

• Business fluency in Spanish and English • Client Management experience in IT, SaaS, CCaaS, Social, or Software environments • Proven track record managing multicultural teams and large-scale initiatives • Strong leadership, influencing, negotiation, and mediation skills • Familiarity with software development life cycles and Agile project management • Certification in Project Management (e.g., Prince2, PMP, SCRUM) is highly desirable
