Description
• Principal Project Manager responsible for enterprise-level CCaaS operations • Manage end-to-end project delivery for global clients • Work with key stakeholders to ensure project goals are met • Maintain deep knowledge of Sprinklr platform and CCaaS industry • Facilitate effective communication among teams and stakeholders
Requirements
• Fluent in English • 8-10 years experience in CCaaS delivery/deployment or similar industry • Strong Project Management experience with PMP and Scrum certifications preferred • Experience working in Contact Centre Solutions, VOIP, Instant Messaging & Presence Platforms • Ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk models, perform resource allocations • Strong knowledge of software development life cycles • Strong verbal and written communication skills
