Description

• Partner with sales organization to help drive revenue for Sprinklr’s Eastern division • Uncover a customer’s goals to best position Sprinklr’s platform • Build confidence and excitement around Sprinklr’s suite of products • Design compelling solutions to address key business challenges • Lead presales activities including presentations and workshops • Collaborate with Sprinklr ecosystem to validate customer requirements • Provide prompt and detailed handoffs to Customer Success

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a presales role, preferably with a CCaaS based company managing large enterprise customers • Clear communicator who can command engagements with Executives, IT, and business leads/practitioners • Thought leader who has engaged in activities such as publishing whitepapers, speaking at industry events, blogging, etc. • Creative thinker who can bring to life a vision of how a customer can approach their Customer Experiences in new and exciting ways • Methodical and meticulous approach to preparation and execution • Experience with cloud contact center technologies
