• Join Sprinklr's elite PS team as a Project Manager for enterprise-level initiatives • Oversee a portfolio comprising 5 - 7 accounts, ensuring precise control over project scope • Partner with consulting teams, internal leaders, and regional departments to propel project delivery • Cultivate strong relationships with key client and internal stakeholders • Deepen understanding of Sprinklr's platform components • Keep stakeholders informed with accurate project reporting and forecasting • Exceed client expectations by delivering measurable outcomes • Set the standard for your team, championing quality and excellence in all project deliverables • Stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities

Requirements

• Business fluency in both German and English • Experience collaborating with business owners and executive-level clients in IT, SaaS, CCaaS, Social, or Software environments • Proven track record of managing multi-geo, multicultural teams and large-scale initiatives • Strong leadership, influencing, negotiation, and mediation skills • Familiarity with software development life cycles and web technologies • Certification in Project Management (e.g., Prince2, PMP, SCRUM) is highly desirable
