Description
• Reporting to the Product Manager and collaborating with the product design and development teams. • Work closely with business teams and customers to identify product defects and design a functional solution to address the problems. • Gathering product data, including any analytics, customer insights, and market trends to determine the improvements to product features. • Documenting the product features and rollout plans. • Developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels. • Training internal departments on new product features and providing support to customers. • Take ownership of the development lifecycle of a product feature across the solution stage, design collaboration, development execution, documentation, and release planning. • Create domain expertise quickly.
Requirements
• 1+ yrs experience working with SaaS-based products • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, or a related field • Excellent analytical skills and making recommendations based on data. • Experience in gathering and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data from customers. • Comfortable in interacting with multiple stakeholders including engineers, solutions experts, designers, and customers. • The attitude of getting things done. • Excellent communication skills.
