• Sprinto is a leading platform that automates information security compliance. • As Sprinto's Head of Demand Generation, you will lead a team driving revenue in APAC, India, US, and Europe to establish Sprinto as a global SaaS leader. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to convert market demand into revenue.
• Relevant experience in growth, marketing, or sales roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly in developed markets such as the US & Europe (Preferred if extensive experience working in global markets) for over 8+ years. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions. • Ability to develop and execute a global growth strategy, deeply understanding regional market dynamics and customer behavior. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, derive insights, and make informed decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. • A creative thinker who can identify new growth opportunities and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies. • Experience in managing growth initiatives across diverse geographies, with a strong understanding of cultural and market differences.
