Requirements
ā¢6+ years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in GTM hiring; B2B SaaS preferred. ā¢Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes and senior stakeholders. ā¢Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. ā¢Experience mentoring junior recruiters or managing small teams. ā¢Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
