🎯 Requirements
•6+ years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in GTM hiring; B2B SaaS preferred. •Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes and senior stakeholders. •Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. •Experience mentoring junior recruiters or managing small teams. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
