Description

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test automation frameworks. • Lead the creation and execution of automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright or similar. • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in test automation. • Work closely with product managers and developers to define test strategies and ensure product quality. • Analyze test results, identify trends, and work with the development team to resolve defects. • Contribute to the improvement of the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless integration with automated tests. • Conduct performance, security and scalability testing to ensure product reliability. • Develop and maintain documentation related to test automation processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing with prior hands-on quality engineering experience. • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#. • Extensive experience with test automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, or similar. • Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions, or CircleCI. • In-depth understanding of the entire software development life cycle and test cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, Systems, Performance, Volume, User Acceptance). • Knowledge of multi-tier web application architecture and deployment. • Familiarity with QA best practices and methodologies to design, implement and automate processes. • Experience using a metrics-driven approach and closed-loop feedback to improve software deliverables and improve the predictability and reliability of releases. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and leadership skills.
