•Sprinto is a leading platform that automates information security compliance. •Ensures compliance, healthy operational practices. •Pivotal in identifying and qualifying potential leads for sales pipeline.
•BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). •Proven track record in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or sales development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment for at least 3 to 7 years. •Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone, and through written communication. •Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks & prospects. •Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper consultative selling techniques •Must be independent, self-motivated, and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment •Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios •Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads •Knowledge of email marketing software or other SAAS or CRM systems is a plus
