Description
• As a Website Developer at Sprinto, you will be a crucial part of the marketing team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing our website’s front-end to ensure an optimized user experience. • You’ll collaborate closely with our CRO team, marketers, and designers to create new pages, revamp existing ones, and implement engaging elements that drive business impact.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of proven experience in WordPress development and front-end maintenance. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress architecture. • Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). • Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UX/UI principles. • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and CRO teams. • Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail. • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and tools like Hotjar, VWO, or similar is a plus. • Basic understanding of SEO principles to support organic traffic growth.
