Description

• Oversee and manage the company's inventory to ensure efficient use of all resources, both logistically and financially. • Help implement and refine improvement plans for inventory management, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Assist in the execution of long-term goals for inventory and data center operations, with a focus on scalability and efficiency. • Work closely with customer service and sales teams to improve the customer experience, streamlining order processing and enhancing post-sale support. • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, engineering, product development) to support product development initiatives within the inventory team. • Maintain positive relationships with multiple vendors, negotiate to reduce costs, and ensure the seamless supply of resources. • Work closely with the engineering team to expand current networks and engage new ISP vendors as part of the growth strategy. • Lead and mentor a team of up to four direct reports, ensuring their professional growth and the successful achievement of both team and individual goals. • Oversee and manage operational budgets and software audits, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and controlling costs in line with company objectives. • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in the IT, data center, or telecom industry • English - C1 level • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships. • Leadership experience, with a focus on developing a small team. • Proven experience in inventory management, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization. • Experience with budget management, risk mitigation, and customer experience improvement. • Experience conducting software audits and optimizing software use across an organization. • Experience working with engineering teams on network expansion, product development, or related projects.
