• Own our brand - redesign our website and re-write much of the content on it • Manage and organize our team • Help manage the Rayobyte Stories • Write brand guidelines, and then ensure compliance with these guidelines • Help us set up Rayobyte University • Overhaul blog content strategy and make all content reader-driven, SEO-compliant, and fun to read

Requirements

• English - proficient level • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and copywriting • Experience in leading and managing multiple direct reports • Ability to create comprehensive marketing plans, campaigns, and brand guidelines • Experience in managing a company blog • Great understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword usage and content formatting for search engines • Experience with SEO and marketing tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and the Google Marketing suite • Demonstrated experience measuring success metrics as part of a marketing campaign; this can include but is not limited to conversion/open rates, traffic, and Marketing Qualified Leads • Ability to perform A/B testing on emails, landing pages, and/or blogs • Strong eye for effective visual design and user experience (UI/UX)
