• The primary responsibility of the Lead Generation Specialist is to generate new leads for the Sprout Lead Development Team. • Generate leads by researching using different websites and tools such as Sales Navigator, Lusha, Facebook, Google, and more. • Build the prospect pipeline using Sprout’s CRM • Keep our lead pipeline healthy by making sure that we have enough fresh leads for the Lead Development Team • Participate in brainstorming and propose new ideas for Lead Generation campaigns • Highly attentive and can work on multiple projects • Able to work independently • Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Development Manager • Responsible for prospecting, cold calling, emailing, using LinkedIn to identify new prospects
• Minimum 1 year experience with Lead Generation/Data Mining • Confident self-starter with the ability to connect technological advantages to business goals • The ability to succeed with limited supervision • A positive, persistent, and professional can-do attitude • Sound business judgment, integrity and commitment to excellence • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent interpersonal skills; Effective communicator, exemplary presentations skills • Strong organizational skills
