Description

• Process global monthly & semi-monthly payrolls for 6 countries • Implement new payroll vendors to bring global processing in-house • Create SOPs for each global payroll process • Maintain compliance and research for global payroll/ tax • Educate internal stakeholders and global employees on rules/ laws that impact them

Requirements

• 8+ years of global payroll processing experience for 5+ countries • High-volume end-to-end payroll experience (domestic or global) • Demonstrated success leading projects end-to-end and building processes from the ground up • Advanced Excel skills • Experience reporting RSU income internationally • Experience with Workday, particularly integrating into Workday from 3rd party payroll + reporting • Experience working with Ireland, Philippines, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and U.K. payroll
