Description

• Work with SpryPoint Clients to match best practices with future state business requirements • Own overall quality of the implementation, completing regular audits and quality checks, ensuring best practices are followed • Lead and document Discovery (Analysis) sessions, Business Process reviews, Integration Design sessions, and Data Mapping exercises • Own and approve Discovery Reports • Review and provide feedback on all Business Process Design documents • Create and maintain process flows and best practices documents for system configuration and testing • Oversee and support system configuration • Provide input on training and testing materials • Document issues encountered during testing and acceptance phases • Maintain project-related documentation including issues logs, configuration guides and test cases

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing enterprise utility software, specifically with utility Customer Information Systems (CIS) • Ability to map processes with direct experience working on a large process mapping project • Experience with Mobile Field and Workforce Management (MFM & MWM), Work Order & Asset Management (WAMS) and Customer Engagement Portal experience is an asset • Experience analyzing large data sets is an asset • Strong understanding of relational databases & SQL in particular • Understanding of modern development and deployment methodologies such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform and/or Azure • Experience working with Reporting & Business Intelligence Platforms • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in what can be a high-pressure environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to present information clearly and concisely • Enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and open-minded to change • Proven interpersonal skills, the ability to build and strengthen relationships, and the ability to foster cooperation with numerous stakeholders including senior management, clients and business partners • Confidence to work independently and interpersonal skills to work as a member of internal and external teams • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an emphasis on making decisions quickly and effectively • Comprehensive understanding of implementation methodologies of complex software implementations
