Description

• Squint is searching for Software Engineers! • Build the Squint platform, focusing on AI-powered full-stack projects. • Responsible for technology stack decisions, product roadmap, and product design. • Help create and grow a world-class engineering culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. • 4+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer. • Experience with one or more of the following areas (or related technologies): • Building and deploying AI applications in production • AI techniques, tooling, and workflows: LLMs, RAG, Vector DBs, Langchain, HuggingFace, LlamaIndex, CoreML • Modern web/backend technologies: React, Typescript, Node, Next, Python • Mobile development: Flutter (Dart), iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin) • Cloud platforms/infrastructure: GCP, AWS, Azure, Docker • Databases: Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or Non-relational (MongoDB, Firestore) • Track record of creating scalable, performant, and well-documented software. • High energy, clarity of communication, curiosity, and empathy. • Team-oriented, collaborative, and high-ownership mindset. • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
