Description

• Build and contribute to the Squint platform across the entire stack - backend, mobile, web, and infra • Work with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies • Make decisions on technology stack and influence product roadmap and design • Create and grow a world-class engineering culture • Help bring products from concept to market release and beyond • Flexibly contribute to various tasks as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field • 4+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer • Experience with modern web/backend technologies like React, Typescript, Node, Next, Python • Experience in AI techniques and workflows such as LLMs, RAG, Langchain, CoreML • Mobile development experience with Flutter (Dart), iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin) • AR/3D development knowledge with ARKit, ARCore, Unity, Metal/GLSL, camera/image & sensor technologies • Familiarity with cloud platforms/infrastructure like GCP, AWS, Azure, Docker • Proficiency in databases - Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or Non-relational (MongoDB, Firestore) • Track record of creating scalable, performant, and well-documented software • High energy, clarity of communication, curiosity, and empathy • Team-oriented, collaborative, and high-ownership mindset • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
