📋 Description

• Provide technical engineering support for projects, including the design, analysis, and implementation of infrastructure improvements. • Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with program objectives. • Perform engineering design and analysis for infrastructure projects, including risk assessments, feasibility studies, and resilience planning. • Prepare and review technical reports, design drawings, specifications, and other documentation in compliance with guidelines and industry standards. • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including planners, community engagement specialists, and other engineers, to ensure integrated and effective project delivery. • Ensure quality assurance and quality control for engineering aspects of projects, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements. • Engage with community stakeholders, including local governments, organizations, and residents, to gather input and provide project updates. • Conduct site assessments and inspections to gather data and monitor project progress. • Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and other project team members.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a related field required (for example, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field) • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, with a focus on infrastructure, resilience, or disaster risk reduction. • Experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. • Must have experience and be an expert with PCs, MS Office, Adobe, Google Mail, Citrix Sharefile (or other online platforms), and online meeting platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom. • Relevant certifications are a plus.
