📋 Description

• Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international ISO 9001/20000/27001 Certified, CMMI Level 3 Rated full-service provider with more than 36 years’ experience in the Federal, Military, and Commercial Marketplaces. • SRI is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of multiple Department of Defense contractor organizations. • The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth business processes, optimizing resources, and driving operational efficiency. • Streamline operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs. • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources. • Work closely with other departments (Accounting, HR, Payroll, Contracts, etc.) to ensure alignment and achieve organizational objectives. • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. • Address operational challenges promptly, providing effective solutions to improve processes. • Prepare regular reports on operational performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable recommendations for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role. • Proven track record in team leadership and managing large operational teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software (ERP systems, project management tools, etc.). • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operations management. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Government contracting experience. • Project management experience. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. • Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. • Experience in supply chain management and logistics. • Financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
