• Part of a growing national team supporting diverse industries • Deliver cloud-based assignments including setting up clients in QBO/Xero, payroll, and cleaning up databases • Perform full cycle bookkeeping including bank reconciliation, sales/purchases processing, and GST/HST filings • Ongoing client communication using various tools • Work with Senior Production Manager, training in technical knowledge and reviewing work • Manage and prioritize workload, adapt to changes • Team player, will review less experienced team members’ work
• Experience as a Senior Bookkeeper, Manager, or equivalent • Accounting/business diploma/certificate or equivalent work experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task competing priorities • Demonstrated leadership skills - managing, coaching, and inspiring others • Ability to work both independently and, with little supervision • Expert knowledge of various accounting programs, especially Xero and QuickBooks is required • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is required • Proficient with Google Suite of applications • Excellent interpersonal skills
