📋 Description

• We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer/Designer to lead the design, development, and implementation of our SharePoint-based portal. • The portal will serve as a knowledge hub for documenting business workflows, engineering processes, BIM practices, and automation tools. • The ideal candidate will have experience in SharePoint customization, workflow automation, and system integrations, with the ability to create a user-friendly platform tailored to the business's needs. • Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain the SharePoint portal, ensuring a user-friendly and functional platform. • Create, customize, and maintain workflows to manage business documentation and automate approval processes. • Implement custom forms, libraries, and document repositories for BIM processes, engineering workflows, Revit add-ins, and Revit content. • Develop a catalog system for Revit add-ins, ensuring integration with Azure DevOps pipelines to automatically populate the catalog with new releases. • Integrate the SharePoint portal with other business systems such as Aice 365, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps. • Implement security practices, data governance, and data retention strategies in the SharePoint environment. • Provide technical support for SharePoint users, ensuring smooth adoption of the portal. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the platform meets business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering. • Proficiency in SharePoint Online development, design, and customization. • Experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Flow for workflow automation. • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React for developing custom web parts and applications. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for integrating CI/CD pipelines and managing version control for Revit add-ins. • Experience in developing document libraries, lists, and content management solutions in SharePoint. • Understanding of security protocols, data governance, and document control practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams. • Previous experience working in a construction, engineering, or manufacturing environment with knowledge of BIM processes. • Familiarity with Revit add-ins and the Autodesk ecosystem.
