🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent CS foundation. • 5+ years implementing IT solutions, ideally in consulting/Product Owner roles. • Experience with Low Code Development platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pega). • Ability to create data models, write SQL, and edit XML/JSON. • Agile/Scrum experience as a Product Owner. • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence. • Experience mentoring team members. • Strong organizational skills and personal accountability. • Creativity in solving business problems.
