Description

• Responsible for collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams to optimize Workday applications. • Ensures Workday aligns with the organization’s business objectives and enhances operational efficiency. • Defines business outcomes that align with company overall strategy. • Owns program level roadmaps, schedules, and development plans for assigned areas of focus. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for Workday applications. • Organizes executive summaries for updates of critical projects. • Facilitates project core team meetings and decision making. • Works closely with development teams for design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday applications. • Ensures quality and reliability of Workday applications through rigorous testing and quality assurance procedures. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Five years' experience • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. • Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. • Frequent keyboard use/data entry. • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. • Rare climbing.
