📋 Description

• Do you love life out on the open road? • Are you a Forklift Service Engineer? • Do you fancy a change? • Do you have experience in mechanical engineering? • We are recruiting for a Mechanical Handling Field Service Engineer to join our fantastic North Field Service Engineers. • The position is full-time, and we would love you to work within our Service Department to maintain, repair, service and modify a range of other material handling equipment. • Services, maintaining and overhaul, fault find and resolve on a range of material handling products. • Servicing: Gas, diesel and electric powered forklift trucks • Respond to breakdowns. • Experience in Electrical drive and control systems, Diesel and LPG engines and common drive-trains?

🎯 Requirements

• Essential to have: • Full UK driving license. • City and Guilds in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering related field • Diagnostic computer skills • Qualified in related field or similar years’ experience • Able to work unsupervised as required • Experience in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering in heavy goods / plant machinery / automotive
