• StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform that specializes in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game, and digital out-of-home ads. • We empower hundreds of digitally-focused companies to deliver outcomes and exceptional campaign performance everyday. • StackAdapt was founded with a vision to be more than an advertising platform, it’s a hub of innovation, imagination and creativity. • As an Engineering Tech Lead at StackAdapt, you will be directly involved in the development of our advertising platform, producing production level code that will have a direct impact on the success of our product. • You will work with large data sets and have exposure to modern tech stacks around GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL and more. • You will get the opportunity to work in a diverse and flexible culture with dedicated career paths to help you succeed. • We're seeking an Engineering Tech Lead to help lead our growing full-stack engineering team.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering results and leading growing high-impact teams • At least 5 years experience in full-stack software development in web technologies and architecting scalable systems • At least 2 years in a technical leadership role - experience as a people leader is a plus • You have in-depth experience with Typescript, React and GraphQL • You have experience working with modern frontend libraries and frameworks (eg. Redux, Zustand, Jest) • Experience scaling a Ruby on Rails backend architecture is a plus • Experience in AWS is a plus • A strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (we have not forgotten our basics!) - data structures, system design, cloud computing, full-stack development etc. • Passion to build a positive and fun engineering culture
