• StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform that specializes in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game, and digital out-of-home ads. • We empower hundreds of digitally-focused companies to deliver outcomes and exceptional campaign performance everyday. • Reporting to the VP of Client Services, the first Manager of Client Services (MCS) in Mexico City will be responsible for developing a world-class team that will thrive as we continue StackAdapt’s fast-paced growth in the LATAM region. • The Manager of Client Services will lead a team of Account Managers, with the goal of upholding our reputation of delivering industry leading client service. • This role will allow you to use your RTB/Programmatic media buying experience to optimize campaigns, drive increased investment, and come up with unique solutions that ensure client satisfaction. • StackAdapt is a Remote First company though we are looking to hire someone in Mexico.
• Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English • Experience working with clients throughout the LATAM market • 3+ years of experience managing a team • 3+ years of account management, planning, and execution experience in the programmatic space • Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network) • Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or ads executed through a DSP as a self-serve user • Proactive and creative problem-solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Detail and process oriented thinker with superior organizational and time management skills • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Proven success in managing client relationships and assisting in growing revenue • The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge • Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas • Ability to drive cross functional collaboration and demonstrate contribution and adoption of the solutions you design
