• Stack is developing AI and autonomous systems for modern operations. • Onboard Infrastructure team delivers software for Stack’s autonomous driving system. • Lead team of engineers on C++ middleware for autonomous applications. • Collaborate on requirements and drive projects from inception to completion. • Own managerial duties including hiring and performance management.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of prior experience designing and developing real-time systems and middleware in C++ targeting a safety critical, resource constrained environment. • Demonstrated expertise in real-time system development with proven familiarity in core concepts like networking, logging, diagnostics, and exception handling. • Significant experience with and understanding of Linux based environments. • Proven management and technical leadership ability with prior experience directly managing teams of experienced C++ developers. • Prior experience leading onboard infrastructure development in a self driving or robotics company is highly preferred.
