Requirements

• A Bachelors' or Masters' Degree in Computer Science or related field • 7+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Ruby on Rails, React.js, SQL, or similar web frameworks and technologies. • Demonstrated experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) and system scalability. • Applied experience with NLP technologies including large language models, vector embeddings, and traditional search (e.g., ElasticSearch or Solr). • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver solutions in areas beyond immediate expertise. • An empathetic and collaborative approach to problem-solving, focusing on effectiveness over perfection. • Strong leadership qualities, capable of inspiring a future team and leading from the front.
