Requirements
• Bilingual (English advanced level required; Spanish highly desirable) • 3+ years of experience working with US law firms, with a focus on immigration law • In-depth knowledge of US immigration processes, including family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based visas • Strong passion for coaching, mentoring, and helping others grow professionally • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience leading or facilitating training sessions • Knowledge of case management systems or legal technology platforms
