• Assisting in drafting, preparing, and reviewing legal documents • Conducting legal research • Managing communication with clients and addressing their inquiries • Maintaining accurate documentation • Ensuring the timely submission of legal paperwork • Supporting attorneys with administrative tasks • Providing updates on case progress
• Good communication skills and well-versed in documentation and reporting • Excellent understanding of legal procedures and terminology • Bachelor's degree in law or another related field • A minimum experience of one year in a paralegal role in the US law firm • Investigative mind and strong research skills • Experience with humanitarian and family-based immigration procedures and forms • Knowledge of legal database software • Experience in preparing legal reports • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills • End-to-end case management experience
