• We are looking for an experienced and bilingual (English/Spanish) Project Manager to join our team. • The ideal candidate will lead projects to successful completion, collaborate across teams, and maintain high standards of quality. • This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. • Note: Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. • Only resumes in English will be considered. • This application is open to individuals who permanently reside in any Latin American country.
Requirements
• Proven PM Experience: 3+ years managing projects in dynamic environments, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget. • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish (advanced level). • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in both languages to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders. • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Asana, Trello, Airtable, or similar platforms, as well as Google Workspace Suite. • Leadership Abilities: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and mentor team members while driving accountability and performance. • Analytical Mindset: Capable of using data and insights to assess project health, make decisions, and improve outcomes. • Methodologies Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies is a plus.
