• We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Sales Agent with native-like proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish to join our team. • This role focuses on selling tailored solutions to law firms, requiring excellent communication, a consultative sales approach, and a proven ability to close deals. • The ideal candidate is a driven professional with a track record of success in sales and account management. • Conduct consultation calls with prospective law firm clients to assess their needs and advise on the most suitable solutions. • Close deals with warm leads by understanding client requirements and offering tailored services. • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients. • Monitor market trends and client feedback to refine sales strategies and optimize offerings. • Track and report on sales performance, consultation calls, and lead generation activities using CRM tools. • Manage multiple client accounts and projects effectively to ensure timely service delivery.
• Native-like English proficiency (spoken and written) and fluency in Spanish (spoken and written). • At least 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-oriented industries. • Experience working with or selling to law firms is highly desirable. • Strong consultation and negotiation skills, with the ability to offer customized solutions. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic project management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. • Ability to manage client accounts and ensure consistent follow-through on deliverables.
