Description

• Ensure the continuous operation of blockchain networks • Perform routine and emergency updates • Actively monitor systems and respond to alerts • Quickly mitigate site outages to minimize downtime • Develop and optimize work processes • Communicate with operators and the team through Discord, Slack, and Telegram

Requirements

• Previous experience in the crypto/blockchain field is welcome, but not required • Exceptional drive and a high level of initiative • Highly flexible with an entrepreneurial mindset to solve problems • Strong background in Computer Science or equivalent work experience • A degree is a plus, but skills matter more • Strong Linux skills • Practical orchestration expertise with Ansible • Passionate about code, able to read Rust or Golang • Ability to design and think critically about project architectures • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
