Description

• Standard Metrics is an automated financial collaboration platform. • We are building out our Deployment team to onboard and train new customers. • Serve as the project lead for customers during the deployment process. • Collaborate with customers to understand their unique business needs. • Lead multiple projects by prioritizing and managing conflicts. • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams. • Advise on best practices and lead customer training sessions. • Identify and resolve deployment related issues or escalations. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of deployment activities. • Continuously evaluate and enhance our deployment processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within financial services, enterprise B2B SaaS, consulting, or related field. • Basic finance knowledge required. • Experience in project management and stakeholder management. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects running in parallel. • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills. • Ability to prioritize and context-switch effectively to complete simultaneous projects while seeing each through to the finish line. • Passion for technology, startups, entrepreneurship, and/or venture capital is a plus.
